One other note here: Donahoo Chevrolet in Alabama is offering locked-in pricing $2500 below MSRP. I just spoke with Vince on the phone. He says they do a lot of out of state deals. It's $199 doc fee and if you finance through them they'll collect sales tax for your home state.
I confirm what TAR_HEEL stated about Donohoo in Fort Payne, AL. I spoke to Jamey, he stated the same thing. Their link is still up on the offer: Reserve Your Blazer EV – Lock in a $2,500 Discount – Donohoo Chevrolet Blog I switched from a dealer in OH to them. Only a 5.5 hr drive from NKY.

I called around to a few dealers in Southern California.

Keyes Van Nuys - Markup
Silver Star Chevy in Thousand Oaks - No Markup but paint and window protection $1690
Autonation Chevy Valencia - No Markup but paint, window and theft $2995
Simpson Chevy in Irvine - No Markup on EVs
Simi Valley Chevy - No Markups on preorders
Rydell Chevy Northridge - No Markup as of now but cannot predict when these come out.

For Central California and East Bay:

American Chevrolet in Modesto (have in writing) -- Working with Chasity Leon has been great so far, hopefully it stays that way!

Dublin Chevrolet in Dublin (have a no-markup promise and have in writing) -- almost purchased a Bolt EUV from here, Chris Sims over there is amazing!!

Other So Cal dealers confirmed no markups or add-ons.
Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine- no markups or add-ons per General Manager Javier Morales. Javier welcomes all transferred reservations. jmorales@simpsongm.com

Rotolo Chevrolet in Fontana- no markups or add-ons
Per Internet sales manager.

FYI, I just reasigned my reservation to Simpson Chevrolet. It was fairly easy to change preferred dealership. I was required to repay $100 deposit and will receive refund from previous dealership 7 days. I immediately received email showing previous reservation# cancelled along with new reservation# at new dealership.

Unfortunately the number of dealers who make statements that they would have honored a year or so ago, is evaporating at many dealers this past six months. The latest game of unscrupulous dealers (and there are as we know hundreds right now) is that they say whatever the customer wants to hear, then on delivery day when the customer is so excited and actually sees their new vehicle on the showroom floor, they pull the rug out and say something like “circumstances have changes and to take that one home your ordered will now cost your $X thousand (or in the case of many sports cars) tens of thousands over.” Very sad, especially when the National Automobile Dealers Association acknowledged that 2022 was overall in spite of selling fewer vehicles last year than typical, was a year of record profits.

As kindofblue just posted above, “get your deal in writing.”

Drove my daughter’s for two weeks. Highly competent vehicle. To me also highly boring (even though quick), and not inspiring driving a porpoise on the outside and driving a lap top on the inside. But she and mega others, they love theirs. They just took it one their second moderately long road trip; in fact this one is their second. Nice we each get to choose what we like.

Add Emmert Motors, St. Helens, OR (30 miles north of Portland) as one more dealer who has stated clearly and repeatedly that they are selling all Blazer EV’s at MSRP. They are honest folks, just sold all their C8 Stingrays at MSRP and just last week sold their sole Z06 at MSRP.

They do have a strong preference for “local sales.”

Hey Folks! Chevrolet recently sent me my link and number to order a Blazer EV. I selected the upgraded tri-coat pearl color on a AWD RS, and I am ordering through Hillsboro Tonkin Chevrolet. Does anyone have a feel for how quickly these are being delivered to dealerships after submitting the order form?
