I do not see this in RS RWD model. No way to link keyfob to profile and make it switch when me or the other driver with different key fob enters the car.

Memory seat does move (after you enable that in options) but only when your profile is active. If other driver uses and their profile stays when I enter the car and now the seat doesn't move to my setting. In this case I have to use the button 1 (my setting) to manually switch. Also need to manually change the profile back to mine.

GM/sadly google can't do good software lol. My previous Hyundai was slick whe. It comes to software with so many nice touches.

Between software inconsistencies, lack of front parking sensors and assist and forced subscription for Canadian users after 3 years I truly regret my decision.
This is unique to the Google built in vehicles, other vehicles from gm have or had this feature using their prior interface. So they are smart enough to have this, not sure why it's not on the cars with Android OS. Chevys in general don't have front Park assist unless you have supercruise. GM offers it on the other brands, it's one way that Chevy is more entry level. With research it was apparent which features this vehicle didn't have. It's not like this was secret info.

I turned on the setting for seat entry and am happy that it does this for us now depending on which key fob it detects. What does the seat exit setting do? I turned that on as well but didn't notice anything happen.
all of this is in the manual. You have to set an exit seat position and then it will move to that position each time you turn "off" the car if you have that enabled

Lol. Tell me with out saying that you work for Chevy. No where I mention that they said front parking assistant available but not.
Also, for research Chevy website says in multiple places that it has memory mirror. Good luck making it work as it is false.

Also my main gripe has been google maps subscription. Tell me if you can get consistent information from OnStar on that or via research.

Multiple people have explained to you the RS has memory function..I'm not sure what part of that is getting lost in translation. The LT doesn't. In your earlier post you said you regret the purchase and mentioned lack of front parking sensors and I'm saying it's obvious if you look at the specs or test drive the car if lacks those sensors unless you have supercruise.

Read back my comments again. Said memory function works but has its own quirks. Chevy says mirrors move with seat that is false.
Did not say bought the car thinking it has front parking sensor. But I did buy thinking navigation is for 8 years. Even EV concierge doesn't know properly

In the US it is for 8 years. This is the first I've heard the memory doesn't affect the mirrors- that seems odd- but if its not working it sounds like a warranty issue.

I also find your comments about the superiority of Hyundai software to be interesting because for many reviewers the UI is the one letdown of the Ioniq5 and it's one reason I didn't get one. It worked fine, but the fact that it really doesn't offer OTAs and the navigation wasn't going to be constantly updated like googlemaps was a reason for me to go with a vehicle that had google built in.

Clearly not 8 years for everyone as I have shared in another thread (https://www.blazerevforum.com/posts/16278/) and that feels like GM pulling one over by changing without making any announcements. You can see similar posts on Equinox EV forums as well.

For memory seats both manual and getting to know your blazer ev document only says memory seat only website and gmfleetorderguide says mirror is linked to memory setting. Will ask my dealer.

Software UI could be personal choice but Hyundai does update their map twice a year and works without any subscription nonsense and of course has android auto and apple car play.

Twice a year is not the same as googlemaps level of updates and Im fully aware it has AA and CP but they are not integrated with the car and thus you cant do preconditioning for charging using CP or AA. I saw reviews where the lack of updates to the mapping meant new stations often were not in the database and thus you needed to use third party apps to make sure you got current info and if you did that then the auto preconditioning doesn't activate. Plus Im not aware of any notable updates to the software for people after they got the car. I dont live in Canada so I cant speak to what GM is doing up there with the maps access, but here its 8 years. The majority of EVs are leased these days so even if its 3 years for most folks that aligns with the length of the lease.

Lol. Moving the goal post are we now most lease and ok for 3 years. Also have you seen the Google maps performance (search this forum to see how many people complained about the routes). You say about reviews vs me actually owning both Santa Fe calligraphy and Blazer EV RWD. It is clear you are working for GM. Not going to bother responding back after this as most of your responses in this forum are defenfing Chevy no matter what.

Dude I didn't move goal posts. I said I don't know what's going on with Canada and if you have 3 years that sucks compared to 8 years but I personally don't have 3 years so I can't complain about that. I have no idea what complaints you're talking about with Google maps but it's the same Google maps that android auto would use so if it's not satisfactory for you I would say you're the exception. I've not had issues using routing from Google maps, and if I did that's not really a blazer specific issue.

I don't work for GM but I do wonder why you didn't get the Hyundai since you are clearly laying out that you find it superior. Sounds like you should've gotten one.

Btw if you paid attention you would know I just posted about my rear windows not always working and how I'm going back to the dealer for this for 3rd time since I got the car. Not happy about that so no I'm not defending everything about Chevy, sorry. Nice straw man argument though.

Guys, let's not fight on this glorious Halloween Day. As OP, my question was simple: can LT owners link fobs to profiles (eventually including seat positions)?

Now, if you can help us out, great. If not, or if you only belittle people who ask legitimate questions, maybe it's better you skip this convo.

I was gonna post about the loud pedestrian choir or how we can access WhatsApp / Messenger since they're not in AAOS, but surely I'll get things like "you'll get sued if you hit someone after turning off the alert" or "you shouldn't use these apps while you're driving".

Really, don't feel the urge to write here if it's be mean or unconditionally protect freaking GM.

I'm sorry if saying that a feature on the RS isn't included on the Lt constitutes defending freaking GM unconditionally. I just thought it was a fact, but I stand corrected. I guess lying or pretending would make one more objective in your view. I'm not sure what response you were expecting.

No worries, and I wasn't pointing fingers, really!

Just remember that I stated clearly in my original post that I knew very well RS had memory seats. Was just hoping for an "outside of the box" solution for my LT.

And hey, of course we'll have different points of view sometimes. Let's just avoid blaming or belittling in this forum. What do you say?
