Using the Blazer Hot Spot our phones say "No Internet Connection"
Called On-Star and confirmed user name and password. Worked with them for 15 mins or so, they referred the problem to 2nd level support.
2nd level support calls back and try several different fixes with no luck. They create a ticket and pass it on.
Next level support calls and the 8 year data plan does not include internet support for your phones. They offered to sell me an un-limited package. ( Sorry can't remember the monthly cost, it was more than it was worth to me. )
