I reserved a SS and my "exclusive" 7/18 email indicates that trim...my sister's 7/19 email does not have a trim-specific indication and is not indicated "exclusive."

My guess "exclusive" may apply to those that reserved on the 18th. I did and my email at 10:04 PM CDT stated "exclusive." My sister in the PDT zone reserved on 19th later in the day and doesn't have that indication of "exclusive."

Oh ok like I said before in my comments maybe it's a badge that we will see on the cars like the "Launch Day" things maybe you will get some options/colors that other will not?...

I mean that is my only thoughts I cannot believe that within a matter of hours at 11pm at night "East Coast" time it maxed out production.... I really don't see that going on I really don't, I mean the Blazer in the ICE form is very nice and very popular but your still battling the ICE junkies out there plus it's not a Truck. I mean I know when the ID4 launch and even Fisker they had "Launch Day" trims which sold out but still took reservations for their cars and still was on track for their 2023 production.... I'm keeping my reservation hopefully sooner the better and not going into 2024

Also did you get a call from your dealership or any follow-up?

Ok well... I mean getting the first ones off the line?.... But I cannot believe that that they are filled for the 2023 quota, and everyone now needs to wait till 2024 to take delivery...

I called my dealer AM of 7/19 to let him know I had placed my reservation (as he had asked me to do earlier so he be aware of it and "keep an eye on it"). He also told me that he would be in touch once he got any additional information from GM.

A few thoughts.......

1. If you are talking about the Fisker Ocean One that they are only making 5000 of, well, they've been trying for the last 25 days and still can't get enough people to put down a $5000 non-refundable deposit for those. I'm still holding my Nov 30 '19 reservation for now, but the more I read and hear, I'm 99.9% going with the Blazer.

2. Keep in mind that all of the Blazers are going to be 2024 MY at this point whether they are built in 2023 or not. Also, I wish we knew how many reservations were taken at this point. That way we would know if we're talking about 10,000 or 100,000 orders to be filled. Also, just like they did on the Lyriq and Fisker has said, they are going to build 'X' number of vehicles, but if production goes faster or people don't transfer reservations to orders, they will be able to take more into production.

3. I hear your initial thoughts on them maxing out orders, but with gas prices, etc. People are scrambling to get whatever they think they can get ahold of it seems. Taking a $100 reservation isn't selling a $40-65,000 vehicle in a year though.

4. At least they are still taking reservations and haven't done like Ford on the Mach-E and completely shut the system down.

5. Forgot this one. I talked to my dealer on Monday afternoon and he was watching everything go 'live' that night as well. Told me to call his cell with any questions. I didn't, but appreciated his offer. He called me the next day to see if I was able to get a reservation in and I said yes. Gave him my order # so he could start tracking it's progress when the time comes.

CLT NC here...Added name to reservation. Shooting for Summit White SS. Email from dealer states I am on waitlist, and I wasn't able to choose which model I wanted so..we'll see what happens.

Dealer tells me I'm #6 on their dealer list, and I sent the Reservation at 10:02 CDT Monday night 7/18/22! The list they have does not rank them by trim, just a list for all of the Blazer EVs.

I live in Canada. Got the reserve link through the GM Canada media site before it was listed on the chevrolet.ca site. So I should have a very early reservation.

Was not able to select a trim level but I'm interested in either the 2LT or RS AWD versions. My wife has a 2018 Bolt EV Premier with a new battery so we are going to keep that car for a long time. The Blazer EV will replace my 2018 Chevrolet Volt. The Volt has served me well. But driving the Bolt EV for 4.5 years we haven't seen a situation where the Bolt EV couldn't do the job well so we are going full on electric (and in 2019 we drove the Bolt EV from Ontario Canada to Florida and back with no major issues).

Just added my reservation to the list, getting the RS, can't wait, going to replace my Mach E RT1. Just want something bigger, I like the Mach E, but the Blazer is really sharp, gotta have it. I got my Mach E in early april of 21, one if the first in NJ. My dealership has already called me and lmk I am 1st on their list, super excited
Looking 4ward to picking my options, the waiting is the worst, thankfully I have a electric car to use till then.

Dang, I reserved before 10:03 CDT (confirmation [email protected]:03pm) so seeing this makes me not want to ask my dealer where I'm on the waitlist. 😬
