That service department is incompetent. They told you DCFC at 19kW/h was normal? I hate when they use miles added per hour as a measurement. I’m assuming they used GM’s 3.1 m/kWh as a basis but everyone knows that fluctuates. Just measure by energy delivered.

It doesn’t say it ready as in it’s conditioned. It’s just saying you can start charging whenever. It’s to avoid confusion; someone might think they can’t charge until it’s conditioned, which isn’t true.
